JAPAN 2015 / Part 3

Day 5 - Is this what a fucking Thyphoon looks like?!

So this day was probably the strangest? Like there is not really much to tell you - I didn't hear Eric's alarm this time so I slept pretty long unfortunately haha
And there was a fucking thyphoon warning for today so all I did was leaving the house when Nia's lesson was over and we met to walk a bit in the Happo-En Garden in...wow I don't remember...close to Shirokanedai Station.
The guy at the entrance was super friendly - Nia only said "hey" and he was like "Omg wow! dat japanese skills!!" so they talked a bit about...I'm not sure but Nia told him she is a Student at the University close to the park and things - so he gave us a plan and asked if we need an umbrella - we didn't take one and went in haha.
This garden was really calm and beautiful - it was perfect to just relax.
There were Bonzai's and the oldest of it was 520y old...like WOW haha

It felt like hours what we spend to watch the koi carps haha it was just super interesting somehow.
So after we went back to Nia's dorm - it was always really nice there, the people were really friendly and I went up to her room to straight my hair because I absolutely refused to use Eric's flat iron, since I have a really expensive and good haar strightener and his one sucks a lot hahahah (I took the wrong adapter for the socket with me :( )
So I straightened my hair and then we made up walking a bit to a cute little shopping street because I really needed something to remove my make up - God bless 100¥ stores haha
Also we went in a store, where they sell oversea shit - pretty expensive but whatever.
I bought a small glass of german Kühne gherkins and since my throat was still hurting, a pack of Ricola drops - for together 8€ lmao
I said "Bye" to Nia after that because I wanted to make it home before the Thyphoon starts.
So yeah, when I arrived home, Eric was already there. It was his only free evening and then there was this fucking weather outside lol
He friendly asked, if I bought something nice and I was like "YES I DID!!" and took out the gherkins, and a choco cake and kitkat and also and egg and his eyes said somthing like "you're pregnant?" lmao
Anyway, we stayed the night at home (we didn't have a choice), drank a little bit (never try Whisky girls, it's terrible) and sat in the kitchen, smoking and talking about this and that
We kinda prayed that he don't have to work the other day because of the Thyphoon but the school didn't contact him haha
So yeah - a pretty nice two man sit-in

Day 6 - "I need this fucking dress!!" - "It's 80.000¥" - ".....I actually don't really need this dress."

So this day, I got up...pretty earlie I think? It was super hot and I wasn't able to sleep, was probably awake more than half of the night -A-
There was an earthquak around 6am but since Eric's house is like made out of paper and it even shakes when a pedestrian passes, I didn't really notice it.
We both watched japanese "Good Morning/Breakfast/whatever - TV" like "oh look, there was an earthquak.." lol
So after he went off to work, I ate my breakfast - and since I am super mega german I tried the closest thing to bread I found in his flat lol
So I ate crackers with the egg I bought yesterday, a Caffé Latte from 7/11 and my german gherkins. And since I didn't find forks in his kitchen, I took the fucking chopsticks and ate my gherkins with it like a pregnant japanese woman lol
So after I went back to bed, slept for a few hours and got ready to meet with Nia.
I was also finally able to take the train and listen to music haha
Before I was afraid to miss my station and shit but after already 2 days I knew everything and was even able to read all the Kanji's or understand the announcements in train. So learning a language in the country is so much easier than taking lessons and shit v.v
So we just met, smoked and went to the Shibuya 109 which is a big shopping center (one for girls and one for boys) with like...7 floors of only stores or more...small boutiques.
I forced her to go there because I saw a dress the day I've been out with the two german girls and when we saw it I was like "NIA! This is it!! look at it!" and Nia was like "Hm yeah it's cute, would fit you" so we took a look at the prize...I think it was about 80.000¥ or more, I don't remember
"Omg Nia...I...don't need this dress anymore lol". But Nia was all like "c'mon we came here for that dress, at least try it, maybe you will regret it later"...so we asked for the size because there only was M but they didn't have S anymore :(
So...that dress was so perfect but well, that was it hahaha
So we continued walking and then I found another store but, like I said in my last post, I'm really shy and the stores there are really small and the store staffs/seller are immediately start talking to you and won't stop haha so I was like "yeah that dress is cute but nah I don't wanna go to that store"
Nia really had to force me and of course in 0,0345secs the staff was next to us like "oh yeah this is a really cute dress? You wanna try it? or this, look at this!" and held up another and we were like "stop! please...we...just want to look" haha He said "ah yes sure!" but after a minute he came back lol
So I tried on this dress, just in case haha. I even took off my shoes this time before I went in the fitting room and funniest thing ever I learned about Japan this time is, that in such little stores, you have to take a bag over your head while trying the clothes so no make up will relay on the clothes haha
So I stood in this fucking fitting room with no shoes and a fucking cotton bag over my head and face haha yeah, anyway the seller was so fucking annoying that I bought this dress haha (It's also cute but...lol)
After we looked in a few more stores but nope haha then we went to McDonalds, which I really adore in Japan because I always take a happy meal and instead of fries you can take warm maize - I LOVE MAIZE HAHA ;A;
So yeah, we sat there, eating and talking, and after I actually planned on going to Harajuku because i wasn't sadisfied with my shopping tour but I was just too tired for - so we said bye to each other, I went back to Osaki, bought a lot of food at 7/11 because I knew, I will be alone for a long time cause he got to work pretty long that day haha.
It was soooo hot that day omg - so I just set the aircon on 17°C and took a nap lol
Woke up 2-3 hours later, it was already dark and around...8pm I think.
So I took a shower, made a fucking bun, took on my glasses, all the food on the table and watched Big Hero 6 again lol
I just love that movie, he recommended it like a few months ago like "watch it watch it, it was first movie I cried at lol" and I was like "Fucking hell? Pussy?" but I cried my soul out while watching this movie then HAHAHAHA
So his reaction when I said that I'm watching Big Hero 6 again was pretty funny lol.
Yeah, after that I watched Frozen again haha he still wasn't home at 11pm so I started to watch Lion King. I never knew it is in britisch english, I was so in love haha
But anyway, somehow fell asleep while watching it on the small couch haha :<
Think he came at...2-3 am...?

JAPAN 2015 / Part 2

Please keep in mind this is Part 2 ! - Scroll down for Part 1 if you haven't read it yet :)

I got all my photos back so yeaaaah!!

Day 4 - "Sorry, I don't speak Japanese" - " なんでも!"

So this day I planned going to Shibuya and Harajuku for a bit.
Since I already woke up at 7am because of his alarm it was somehow easy to get up anyway.
I watched him getting ready for work (he ate the rest of the soup he cooked for me for like 3 mornings I felt so sorry I didn't eat much of it xD) and after he left I got ready myself.
I dressed like super kawaii princess desu yo and left the house around 12pm I think.
Harajuku isn't that far from his home so...only 5 stations by train.

I first walked in the wrong direction in Harajuku and was about to cry like "no where the hell am I again" but luckily I took his pocket WiFi with me so I was able to go online all the time. So I checked at Google Maps and found Takeshita Dori pretty fast.
I have to say, I made this trip alone to become more
self-employed. I am really shy, I don't like to talk to real strangers and I don't like to go in Shops.
Like in Hamburg I always visit the same H&M store because I already know everything there and feel a little bit comfortable.

So I just walked up Takeshita Dori and literally went in NO store at all lol...
I walked it back again....and once again back and finally went to a store I've been last year.
I looked at everything nervously, took just a shirt, payed for it and left the store again. This was super exhausting for me and I hate it. (I know, people might not think that about me but it is terrible.)
I just took a walk up the street, thought it's the same like last year, where you just go straight and end up in Shibuya.
But nope - I had no fucking Idea where I've been, I just followed the signs and ended up in Ebisu...so I walked TWO FUCKING TRAIN STATIONS HAHAHA
I continued walking and ended in Shibuya finally, went to the smoking Area right next to the Hachiko statue and just hoped for anyone maybe talking with me haha.
There was a Japanese girl asking for a lighter. After she shyly looked at me a few time she asked in japanese if I speak japanese but I had to deny, she just sadly nodded and we smoked. I thought like "fuck man we could have went out for a coffee" but nope.
So when I finished smoking I sat down at the benches around Hachiko.
A guy from Africa sat down next to me and we talked a bit in english, was a pretty normal talk until he asked, what I was about to do for the rest of the day and I, idiot of the year, said "nothing".
"I can show you Tokyo!!" - "Ah no...sorry I...ehm...I already know a lot of Tokyo..." - "Up there is a Shisha bar! You wanna go?" - "Ahm...no I...don't smoke sorry...haha"
So he asked for my phone number, I gave him just any number but the tried calling me lol
So he added me on LINE, said he will contact me the next days and finally left.
As fast as he was gone I blocked him at LINE lol That guy was pretty pushy.
I went smoking again and 5 minutes later a pretty old man with a newspaper sat next to me and a japanese guy
came to me and said, that they are searching for...models for something as far as I understood?
So I stuttered in japanese, that i don't speak japanese, he apologized and left.

The old man next to me laughed and then, suddenly, started to talk in japanese with me...like...
WTF I SAID I DON'T SPEAK JAPANESE 30SECS BEFORE WHY?!?!?!
He started a conversation and I had no chance to leave it so I tried my best to understand him and answer all his questions. It was pretty hard and suddenly he asked something and all I understood was "Coffee", so I thought, he asked, if I like coffe - so I said yes.
All of a sudden he jumped up and said "let's go" and I was like "w-w-w-wwait stop wait omg"
He could have been my Grandpa what the hell?!?!?!
"I...wait for my friends...",  I stuttered.  "Oh really? When?"
I took a look at my watch "Ah man, in 20 Minutes sorry, no coffee for today lol"
and then - GOD BLESS - two german girls, I already saw at the Aiport in Helsinki stood in front of me "Hey, you have any plans atm or would you like to spend the day with us?"
I jumped up "No sure I would really like to go with you!!!"
I nearly cried this was my rescue and the girls smiled "Yeah we already saw this old man is bothering you.."
So I spent my day with them - we went shopping a little and drank a coffee, talking about bands and Jrock and stuff
bc they have been there for a few concerts.
All in all a pretty nice day. When I came home, I took a shower, cheeky as I am I took on his shirt after
(no complaining, there is literally nothing better in this world then wearing men shirts).
I put my food in the microwave and watched a horror movie on his laptop lol
He came home from work around...10pm?
He stood in the doorway and I layed on the couch, wrapped up in the blanket
that only my face was out and looked at him.
"Is it my shirt?" - "..........maybe...?" I raised one of my eyebrows like "what if?" but he just laughed haha
I stopped the movie and we sat in the kitchen for an hour I think, talking and smoking, then we went to bed.

JAPAN 2015 / Part 1

Oh wow guys, long time no see!

Soooooooooooo - I've been to Japan right? - so since there won't be a video (because for me it was holiday and I didn't want to go out with a camera all the time, just wanted to enjoy my week), at least I try to summarize my trip here.
Unfortunately I deleted nearly all the photos I've taken there so...I will post only those, I still got!
(click on them to large them)

Day 1 - Travel & dying of fever
It started on May 7th - got my flight at 13pm I think and arrived without any troubles in Helsinki.
Got only one hour to spend there so it was really easy and relaxed.
There were like only Japanese people at the Gate to Tokyo and I was sitting there with my Germany Jersey like "no, fuk u!" haha
One guy talked to me and said, that for a German, I look really beautiful.
Ah yeah, thx, I forgot Germans are ugly lol
Anyway, I took a sleeping pill and...yeah slept like the whole 11 hours haha
I woke up like every hour and tried to stay awake, play Nintendo or whatever but nope - too tired.
Also my throat started to hurt really badly and I missed like one of two meals in plane because I was sleeping the whole time haha
The Japanese woman next to me wore a face mask and slippers for the whole flight lol

So yeah, I was really tired when I arrived in Tokyo.
Since Narita Airport got free WiFi, my friend Eric (I stayed at his place for the whole trip) contacted me that he took the day off and I told him, that I'm on my way.
"Can't be that hard to find", I thought. WRONG.
I took my train ticket, waited and of course missed my train haha

All in all that trouble took me a fucking hour til I finally got it all and I arrived at Osaki.
Just needed to find his home, been there last year so I
was pretty optimistic.
He also sent me a screenshot of the google maps route.
First I took the totally wrong way, asked a police man, who of course didn't speak english and all I got from his help was, that I have to go on the other side of the station.
So yeah, that all took me like an hour again, it was super hot, I had my heavy suitcase with me and I was totally lost. So I took a Taxi. I was super pissed, throw my suitcase on the backseat and took place.
It started after I gave him the adress and I swear, it wasn't even a kilometer haha
The price didn't even rise, I only had to pay the basic fees of 780, fucking shit xD
I barely remembered that place, walked to the apartment (which of course didn't have names at the doors) and knocked. No ones opened. I did it again, and again.
Suddenly I heard a "hey" from behind and saw him coming, pretty relaxed and smoking.
"Thought I could catch you out at the station but didn't find you" - "Ah yeah thx, u know names at the door help." He just laughed, took my suitcase and walked in.
I took a shower, changed my clothes and we shortly went out for grocery shopping.
I fell in bed after and took a nap. He still sat at the same place when I woke up again.
"You feel better, how's your throat?" - "Still hurting..."
And I swear, I never had a pain like that before, swallowing was hardest thing ever and I wasn't able to eat as well.
He made me a hot tea with honey and checked my forehead several times for fever.
Idk if I had one but it felt like.
So this night he was about to go out with friends, celebrating his birthday again in Japan (he spend his actual birthday at his homeplace Australia) and I was a crying baby in his bed haha
He asked me for a soup many times but I din't want to bother him, since he was already late.
"If you want soup, I make you a soup", I just nodded and he did. I fell asleep again and he left.
I woke up once, ate a bit of the soup and continued sleeping
I don't remember when he came home.

Day 2 - Rabbit and grow fat & fuck yeah pizza and movies
I felt better the next day.
My throat was still hurting as fuck but at least I felt better so I met up with Nia.
She's there as a student at University now for half a year!
We planned going to a Cat-Café but when we arrived it was closed - like really closed, completely empty. What a pity.
So we went to a pharmacy to buy something for my throat - she gave me pills and I swear, they were for having a cold not exactly for the throat. But whatever, better than nothing. We also bought some drops at Family Mart.
After we went to a Rabbit Café which called "Ra.a.g.f. - Rabbit and grow fat" haha
There you pay for half an hour or an hour, get a free drink and you can also buy fresh vegetables to feed the rabbits.
You can choose one to run around but the others have to stay in their cages (nevertheless you can pet them) so actually it's really cruel for the rabbits.
Anyway, we selected the super fat one haha
Paid for half an hour and left.
She took me to her dorm area which is really beautiful.
I met all the students there and we cooked dinner (Pasta lol)

So after I took the train back "home" and spend the evening with Eric. We ordered Pizza and watched movies, super lazy Saturday evening.
Later he went out again but I was tired, still felt a bit sick and clubbing is only allowed with 20 and I'm 19 lol. So anyway, I was still a bit jet lagged, felt asleep pretty early and only barely remember when he came back but it was early in the moring...around 6? haha I just woked up when I went to bed but continued sleeping after.

Day 3 - Asakusa & Akihabara

Soooo - like I said all my photos are gone but this day Eric took me to Asakusa and Akihabara.
It was super full though it Sunday. I'm not used to this, streets in Germany are empty on that day haha
So anyway, he really gave everything to be a good tour guide, which was pretty cute xD
Showed and told me about nearly everything, even just random things we were passing.
When you come to Asakusa you pass through a long street with random shops on both sides - it's a bit like an bazaar.
And after you arrive at the temple which looks really beautiful!
We just walked there a bit, looked at everything til we went back to the "normal street" and just walked, searching for something to eat. Our breakfast, other peoples lunch haha
I normally don't really like japanese food, you might be already know haha so he was about to find at least ANYTHING I should like or try xD
We walked for an hour, talked and somehow it came up that I never ate a burger or steak in my life.
He, as a native Australian, just stopped walking and looked at me really pale-faced lmao.
"I just changed our plan, we're gonna eat burger today" - "Can't we just go to KFC...?"
So that was the plan but we were so hungry, that we ended up at a small restaurant and I ate curry rice haha "a little bit japanese" lol
After we made our way to Akihabara.
On the way we saw a Gyaru girl with a "hakuna matata" tattoo above her butt lmao
We silently looked at it and as fast as we've been around the corner we burst out laughing
"Did she have a-" - "YEAH I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY THAT" - "OMG!!" - "DAMN! Can we go back that was absolutely worth a photo!!" (he's collecting photos of weird things he sees in japan lol)
The crazy shit of japan guys...
So anyway, the real crazy shit comes now haha
Whoever told me, Akihabara is only the Anime and Manga nerd area fucking lied.
It is full with porn and other weird things I never wanted to see lmao
There was a fucking cuddle café lol
A place, men go to, to rest their head on a cute girls legs and ew haha
also a 5 floors sex and costume shop haha
And for my luck there was a...I don't remember parade so...don't ask me why but thousand of old men in string-tanga lmao
I had the biggest cultural shock ever haha
I was like "SHIT I DON'T WANNA SEE YOUR ASSES OR BALLS OR WHATEVER STOP" and Eric was just laughing about me haha
Oh, and while I was holding my phone in my hand I accidentally took photos of Eric's legs and suddenly I also zoomed HAHAHA so I had like 6 photos of his legs coming closer and closer til it was only his ass haha
I'm so sad those photos are gone, we laughed about it for hours lol
So whatever, we left Akihabara again and went back home.
It was an exhausting day and all I wanted to do was to sleep - he also, since he had to work the other day haha. So we just cuddled up in bed and slept like babys.
